Ina: This is why we can’t have nice things…

    • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

      Because AMBUSH.

      • Sunwu

Silly daimyo! ropes are for ninjas!!

  • CocoaNutCakery

    Aaand ninja ambush.

    • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

Wouldn’t that be a laugh riot!

      • CocoaNutCakery

I’m sure you guys wouldn’t do that, though. I mean, that would imply that Masuhiro is incompetent in some way, and he’s never shown any signs of that before!

        • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

His decisions making is second to none!

  • AmberOne

You know… if Ina could actually fight, she would be the most invincible one in this comic because she would be the only fighter with any common sense.

    • KungFuKlobber

Only if she explains on the next page exactly why he’s wrong. If she doesn’t, the results are on her own head.

      • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

Maybe she’ll be explaining it several times over on the next page and yet the inevitable still comes to fruition because Masuhiro’s stubborn!

        • KungFuKlobber

That seems likely! But at least she will have tried.

        • charles81

See, that’s where she falls short of her uncle in thinking. He would realise that convincing Masuhiro is pointless and just manipulate him and the situation instead.

    • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

She is a fighter of the mind. As in, she uses her mind to find, not that she fights minds. Or something.

      • John Smith

Brains over brawn; that’s our Ina. :)

      • Ben Johnston

Ina! the next big name in the psychic game! With a cortex strong enough to take out Charles Xavier and Emma Frost at the same time.

  • Ort

I’m an idiotic lazy entitled reader that can’t remember anwers or search through history and/or forums.

I stopped reading when the hiatus started, I visited once more 3 weeks after the restart, and here I’m again. RSS would improve your ad-income and my emotional attachment with your comic. Both lead to more income for you.

Please enlighten me again: Why was there no RSS feed? :(

    • SoItBegins

My browser (Firefox) detects a RSS feed.

      • Ort

I installed Firefox to find that feed, but can’t find it. Mind pasting the url?

    • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

      http://nn4b.com/?feed=rss

      Hopefully that works!

      • Ort

        Yes it does! Finally.
        Thank you so very much.

  • SoItBegins

    IT’S A TRAP

    • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

      Quoth the Ackbar.

  • Stormfeather

Ina: “I’m starting to understand WHY you’re still a prisoner long after you ‘escaped’ with these two.”

    • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

Ina is now thinking maybe it would’ve been better to just go home and claim her rightful place as Senshin Daimyo.

      • John Smith

Good idea; glad I thought of it. 😀

    • Doctor_Seuth

Ina: “He always falls for the same trick.”

  • charles81

    Kids are SOOOOO clueless.

    • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

It’s a good thing we have responsible parents like Masuhiro around who know how the world works!

  • Johannes Hjortshøj

No Ina, bad. Seppuku is a ritualistic suicide intended for a man or woman to regain whatever honor was lost. NOT a darwinistic necessity.

  • Lady Courage

Daddy’s condescension is palpable. Ina’s feeling of “DAD WHAT THE HECK YOU CAN’T TRUST A NINJA” even more so.

    • KungFuKlobber

What? Of course you can trust a ninja. They’re nothing like those sneaky pirates …

      • Lady Courage

I’m gonna take a wild guess here… You must be a ninja.

        • Eltharrion

Oh, it’s not like people who are simply working for highest bidder, who use any methods needed and have no remorse of their actions would EVER turn on you or try to lead you into a trap.
          Honest.

          • CiberX15

well to be fair, that means whoever has the most coin can be assured the most loyalty. And Masuhiro is a lord after all…

        • KungFuKlobber

They expect ninjutsu, and then I clobber them with kung fu instead!

  • I<3Suzuka

Who would win… Masuhiro or Nataku…

    • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

Difficult to say. Probably Nataku, since he’s a force of nature.

  • Sunwu

So the bandits can’t lead them out of the cave because…?

    • Eltharrion

Because Masushiro wants to see her… Assets all the time when they walk.
You know, to prevent her from doing anything.

      • Sunwu

        Seems legit

      • MoveAlongCitizen

Hey, you can’t trust those sneaky geish- I mean, Ninjas. They’re delect- I mean, deceitful .

  • Hfar

I get the feeling Ina’s channeling Scar again.

    “I’m surrounded by idiots!”

    • http://www.nn4b.com suburban_samurai

Next thing you know, she’ll be throwing Yori into a herd of antelope and claiming her place as Princess King of the Wataro clan.

      • CiberX15

Lets be honest the only reason she hasn’t done just that already is because of the lack of antelope in Japan.

  • Neska

Yeah, don’t let Ayane tell you where to go . . . she’d likely to lead them straight to Suzaku . . .

  • RobinGoodfellow

The two of them interacting is better than I could have dreamed. So good. So. Good.

  • This guy

Wait a minute, if he could’ve switched those ropes to her, then he could’ve done escaped earlier!
Which IMPLIES that Masuihiro could’ve escaped all along, but chose not to!
Which SUGGESTS that he want’s stay captured for some reason!
    And reason can ONLY be….
That Masuhiro is a huge perv.
